Slow-Release Magnesium?
So far I've taken two different brands of Mg:
1. Douglas Labs Cal6 + Mg
2. Dr's Best High Absorption Chelated
But I read some article somewhere talking about slow-release Mg. There's quite a few brands out there to choose from.
My question is, anyone regularly take the slow-release form and if yes, do you think it works any better for you than the non slow-release forms of Mg supplements?
The advertising sounds good for the slow-release form which suggests slow-release is better because Mg is available to your body when it needs it over a longer period than if you took 2-3 daily doses of regular Mg.
I'm just curious what others on here know about it.
