Hidden carbs - really read the labels on everything you eat.
Tremendous amounts of calories - we can't eat thousands of cals just because we're low-carb.
Sugar alcohols - famous stallers for some folks.
Not enough fat - don't try to low-carb and low-fat together.
Adjustment period - perhaps your body's taking a break after that huge 25-lb loss.

Just some suggestions. You might post a typical day's menu here for us to have a look-see...

Can you post more information?

How long have you been doing it?

If you are only looking at weight -- you could still be losing body fat. YOu have to look at inches. I have not lost any weight in 2.5 years but have been through like 3 belts.

List *everything* (meals, snacks, desserts, even low carb foods) you have eaten & drank in the last three days.

What prescription drugs are you taking?

What supplements are you taking?

What is your exercise routine?

How old are you?

Did you read the "sticky" (the first message) in this forum?

You might want to get your thyroid checked. If you're eating that little and not losing weight, there must be something else going on.

I wonder if you are eating enough? You need to take at least 1,200 to 1,500 calories or else your body can go into starvation mode. You might try eating more eggs and meat (zero carb foods).

Remember this is not a starvation diet -- but a low carb diet.

*I believe* sugar alcohols are always listed under the nutritional part of food labels. Some people can eat those okay -- some can not. If you are not snacking then most likely you are not eating sugar alcohols. Sugar alcohols are usually found in "sugar free" and "low carb" labeled foods since they subtract these carbs.

If people tell you that you look like you are still losing -- then take it on faith. I remember my first couple of months were very difficult. Now, after 3 years, I can go to a buffet of desserts and still find something low carb to eat.
