I tried this on Friday I think it was. The reason for the 1/2 yolk instead of 1 I found out was the filling was too liquid. I had a bit of a mess as it cooked
I also tried a blend of sweetners. I ended up making it too sickingly sweet and I couldn't touch it. The non low carbers in the house swore it was just right and loved it. Maybe I'm just getting to sensative to sweet
But, we still don't know how many carbs are in each one. I'm kind of math impaired, so one of you who know how to figure things out, please find a carb count for us. I'm dying to try one, but I really gotta count the carbs.
My hero...or should I say heroine!!?? I was too lazy to plug it into fitday. I guessed 5g per serving, so at least I gave myself some room for error. Thanks!!!!

This sounds scrumptious. Can't wait to make these today. By the way, I'm a newbie to SB diet plan, I assume all these Atkins recipes would be fine. Anyone know for sure? I use a lot of apple and pumpkin pie spice, it has cinnamon, nutmeg and other great spices in it. I think it would probably be great in this recipe.
Thanks

Hurray! I was looking for a new recipe idea that didn't involve meat. For the person who asked how to separate eggs, I just crack the egg in half and then kind of "pour" the egg back and forth between the shells - the white drips out and the yolk stays in the shell. Hope that makes sense - it's always worked great for me.
