Hi Guys!
I was needing a break from my daily treat of Bawdy's cheesecake (which I LOVE) and cream cheese in general, and was craving peanut butter, so, this is super quick, easy, and very low carb with the correct products.
1 cup heavy whipping cream (1/4 cup single serving)
1/4 c. all natural peanut butter (1 T. single serving) (my natural PB only has 2 net carbs per 2 T, so 1 T. is obviousy 1 carb)
12 drops liquid splenda
Whip the cream until thick, gently mix in PB and liquid splenda. You can eat it right away or chill (even better). Makes 4 servings and I estimate 2.7 carbs each with 5.2 g. protein, 29.7 g. fat, and 295 calories using My PLAN and entering my PB nutrition. By the way, it's the fresh peanut butter in the frig at Costco for you US folks - fantastic!
This is very rich so even though the portion appears small, it is very satisfying and filling
. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do - only problem, I can't keep my boys from stealing it!
