Default Thirty-seven pounds since October

My husband and I started low-carbing it in October of last year. Before this, I had tried every single diet imaginable, joined every group there is, and had read enough diet books to begin my own bookstore, but the longest I stayed on one was maybe two months tops. This has been the easist of anything I've ever done.
When I'm hungry, I eat. I just don't eat sugar and starches. (I do have a small piece of dark chocolate now and then.) I don't count calories. I make dinner every night as usual with my new low carb recipes. We eat out and still low carb, too. My cravings are gone.
It hasn't been fast, but I don't exercise, and don't intend to change my ways, but I'm losing. I've had times I've gotten stuck for two weeks at a time at one weight, but hanging in there, I start dropping pounds again.
I'm down two sizes in jeans, from a 22w to a Misses 18. I was 256 when I started. I'm now 219. My husband was 340 and is now 292. My doctor said my weight loss wouldn't continue, because my body would adjust, but it did continue and he had to admit he was wrong. I had a short time my hair seemed to be falling out more than usual, but that also stopped once I adjusted to the diet. I have more energy, my hair is thicker now than it was, I feel great. We're sold on low carb dieting for life.
