Default Keto Hot Cereal

Hi Guys,

I need to help on this one, I purchase this Keto Hot Cereal (The plain one at here at low carb goodies) now I love it and its so handy for breakfast because I am notoriously bad at getting up early enough to eat a full breakfast - which I know is a key thing for me.

Anyway I know that a lot of people go one about frankenfood and food that contain sugar alcohols... etc is this classed as one or do you think its ok to keep eating it?

Just wondered what you thought - I don't lose loads but do lose inches so its hard to try it for a week vs try it not for a week....

Thanks
Sarah

That doesn't contain any sugar alcohols.

I might get some of that to try

I must admit it gets addictive very quickly. I got the Atkins Morning Start Blueberry and Almond cereal and now I GET UP TWENTY MINUTES EARLY just so I can have some b4 work! Only 4g per serving and it keeps me full till lunchtime!!!

Maamel - so no problem losing on it then? I am trying to cut back on cheese as I think that was stopping me losing - and getting into induction modes, i.e, low carb and high fat - but will have the occasional off-induction item (well I have been doing this for a few months now), and I think having this as breakfast would really help me.

I think what you are doing sounds fine Sarah. Watch out on having off low-carb days. Don't go to high on those days otherwise it will take your body several days to recover and get back into losing mode.

Hi Anne - thanks for your thoughts, as someone how has been doing this for so long its nice to hear I am doing it ok.

Yeah I am still getting the occasional oops days - which I am trying to sort out this week (usually lack of planning) this cereal will help as at least I am not skimping on breakfast

New freezer arrives this weekend (I hope) then I can really get planning / cooking and freezing
