Default Gouda

Does anyone have any suggestions for snacks that include gouda? I just bought some and I'd like some ideas as to what to do with it besides eat it plain.

It's a great melting cheese.

Any recipe or place where you can use shredded mozzarella is a great place to start. I like it on (LC of course) bread as a 'grilled cheese', especially with a little Dijon mustard. Shredded over salads. Melted on an over-easy egg. In my 'pizza quiche'. Melted over hot broccoli or cauliflower. You get the idea.

I have always found gouda to be a great combination cheese. I especially like it when mixed with asigo and parmisan.
