low carb BBQ recipe urgently Needed

ANy out there knows about low carb hommade bbq sauce recipe? As I live in the Caribbean, low carb products are nearly impossible to get . Please help, must be a low carb version for my ribs!!!

I gave up tomato based BBQ sauce due to the carbs. I now use a vinegar base mop sauce on my pork ribs that has virtually zero carbs.

1 cup vinegar (I use cider)
1 /2 cup water
3 tbsp salt
1/2 cup louisianna style hot sauce
2 tablespoon ground black pepper

mix together and mop on ribs as they cook......low and slow. My family loves this sauce.
