Default Induction Question

Okay, I see all these great recipies on your site and other sites. Like brownies and cheesecake and several other recipes that include things like tomatoes (which you aren't supposed to have during induction)
So are these recipies for people who are past induction? Are there any that you can have during induction phase?
Does anyone know of any websites that have some good recipes for people going through the induction phase?

WELL, ITS BEST TO STICK TO MEATS & EGGS & SALAD DURING INDUCTION, BUT AFTERWARDS, YOU CAN EAT ANY OF THE OTHER THINGS. BUT FOR SOME RECIPES FOR INDUCTION, GO TO WWW.ATKINSCENTER.COM

Actually, jwaits, there are tons of great recipes here for people on Induction -- you just have to know where to look. Karen Barnaby has posted a lot of Induction-friendly recipes, which really give a kick to what could otherwise be a pretty boring two weeks. Check out
Karen's breakfast recipes for breakfast recipes safe for Induction, and Karen's main dish recipes for main dish recipes safe for Induction. Also, try searching in the recipes forums for "Induction" -- you'd be surprised at what fabulous recipes can be concocted from Induction-safe items! I turned up a delicious recipe for egg drop soup, for example. Enjoy!
