Bump, bump! My ultrasound was normal so I have to organize a CT scan. Still in a lot of pain.

And I bet that's causing stress, too. So, no surprises on why there's a bump.

I want to say I'm shocked, shocked I tell you that I have a bump and I have no idea why. But I know exactly why. I go to the supermarket and think "Ooh, salami. That would be a good snack. I know I said I wasn't going to buy this because that it can be a problem for me. But I'll be more conscientious about it." Then I go home and eat the entire package. Every time. I really am going to have to ban it completely. Salt and too many carbs (if, you know, you eat the entire freaking package in one day). Luckily, a day of lots of water and low carbs will get me back down.

Citygirl8, I never stress about the salt if it bumps because I know it comes right off and doesn't derail me for long. My sins are more serious - dark cherries in a berry mix in my yogurt! I feel like utter crap, though, and resistance breaks down!

No change. Cat scan today to see if they can turn up the source of the pain. I almost went to the ER last night. Seems like appendicitis to me, but under control a bit so it's not totally killing me. Gets worse and then better.
