Almost didn't make my goal yesterday as I was so busy at work I barely had time to scratch myself let alone drink! Just made it though...


Aim for at least 2 litres of water a day.

3 months - 6 Jan - 6 April.

Goals for October 18 through January 15

1) Avoid all snacking between meals & after dinner
2) < 25 net carbs everyday, but aim for < 20 net carbs
3) Eliminate Artificial Sweeteners in food & dial back on all SF sweeteners
4) Two 18 to 36 hour IFs per week.
5) Two resistance training workouts per week.

Met goals 1 & 2: 65 days
Off Target: 20 day
Met Weekly IF goal: 13 (week 13 of 13)
Met Gym goal: 2 (week 5)

Wednesday - IFs for the week 2, Gym 0.

NSV: I bought a warm coat for extremely cold winter days 2 years ago. It fit perfectly at the time I bought it. Last year about this time I had my first occasion to use it in the 2021 winter season. It was almost too snug to wear. My 2020 weight creep was the worst that I'd seen since reaching goal weight in 2016. I had to use that winter coat this week. It fit much better - not snug at all. So apparently I did make some lasting progress in 2021. I did very little measuring and logging of my food in 2021, so this is a good sign that my current plan and food choices are working better for me. The weight creep stopped and I even lost a little weight. Hoping for more in 2022.

Had my first fail yesterday. I tried so hard but my stomach was a bit off yesterday and forcing water wasn't a pleasant feeling! Only managed about a litre.

Aim for at least 2 litres of water a day.

LCinAust, IMO, it's more important that you're breaking the habit of ignoring thirst, not necessarily hitting an arbitrary target. I'm very much anti-forcing-water myself. If we're not hungry or not thirsty, there's usually a reason. Hope you're feeling well again soon.

Practice Plan Thru March 31

Strict ADF: (I have not tried this, alternating every day)

o Eating Days - >200g protein, Low Fat
o Fasting Days - Bodyweight Exercise (sit, push, pull, squat)

If this is too rigorous, I may try protein sparing fast on alternate days. I'm trying to get my power/weight ratio has high as I can before water season begins (April 2022)
