Default Skin fungus and keto
Anyone have any experience or advice about going keto while you have skin fungus problem, or fasting?

I know people personally whose toe fungus cleared up when they went low carb/keto. Also, bowel yeast issues can contribute, here's an oil of oregano thread about using that.

Candida is a type of yeast or fungus that is a primary cause of skin fungal diseases. There is an entire sub-forum on that! https://forum.lowcarber.org/forumdisplay.php?f=77

But a low sugar, no refined processed carbohydrate diet is a treatment for candida and many skin disorders. I had life-long eczema that was "cured" by low carb.
