Plan: Carnivore & IF
Stats: 357/294/170 Female 5' 8"
BF:
Progress: 34%
Location: San Diego, CA

Started 90-day challenge: 11/01/20
Days successful: 28/90

My habit:
The habit I am going to be working on is no restaurants/fast food for 90 days, with the exception of date nights with my husband. (It must be an actual date: drive-in movie, going to see the stars in the mountains, whatever socially-distanced thing we pick. We can't just go out to dinner to go out to dinner.)

Stuck with it another day. I’m 28 for 28

Good morning and happy Monday. Still working on leftovers, no fast food or restaurants for a whole month now! Time flies.

Small x for yesterday. I was eating a snack and suddenly realized I should look at the time. 12:45 oops - i stopped snacking immediately. So I'll take what I got. That's the idea for me to is to put down the food, like a dog would put down at toy. We don't want to but are training so we can do it on command

My 90 day goal is to come here and write down what I eat everyday, good bad or indifferent so as to have accountability and see in writing what I'm doing.

Today so far:
Pumpkin custard no sugar=10 carbs
Chicken strips which had a bit of sugar in them=5 carb
A hamburger patty
Cashew yogurt with pumpkin puree.=20 carbs
Chicken breast with mayo

1300 calories
35 carbs

Im resisting eating the bun from my burger as we speak!lol

Will return later to add anything else I eat.

welcome back dk. I'm starting to think if I keep my protein under 200g my numbers will hover around what I'm shooting for BHB>=0.5 and BG<=100 at morning draw. Keeping that protein number lower might require more fat and or veg. Not part of my plan for now really, just stop eating before noon is hard enough for me.

Thanks for the wb!

I was just reading that at my current weight my protein intake should be between 50 and 100 g. According to one site. Another said if you are overweight you should eat the amount of protein for a person at your ideal weight.

I chopped up 6 ounces of chicken which looks like a LOT TO EAT! When I'm low carbing the appetite goes down....

So..... Chicken=200 calories
Mayo=100 calories
Oatmeal=150 calories
Pumpkin seeds=100 calories

550 calories
31 carbs

They do have drive-in movies near me! A couple, in fact. They are always in Swap Meet spots. The weather here is nice year-round so it's a pretty good option.

Stuck with it again yesterday.
