There is a great APP called Cherrypick which is partnered with Sainsbury's. You simply sign up (it’s free), then peruse recipes in your desired category (there is a newly-added KETO category). This smart-shopping assistant will automatically create your weekly shopping list, and Sainsbury's will deliver the ingredients to your doorstep / or via click & collect, as normal. The keto recipes are the exclusive creations of chef and Fats of Life blogger, Monya Kilian Palmer.
