Default BFFM CKD 3:1 Question

Quick question about the BFFM "pre-contest" low-carb phase III diet for men with its

The plan calls for a 3:1 ratio low carb to high carb day. Low being 25% carb, High being 50-60%

My question is this:

On the high day, does the exercise regime change at all? I am on the BFL exercise routine (2 day split over 3 days for weights, M W F. Cardio on T Th Sat). Sundays, I don't work out.

With the 3:1 ratio and 7 days in a week, the high carb days floats. Some days it lands on my Cardio days. Sometimes on a weight training day. Some on my non-exercise day. The BFFM manual does not talk about exercies timing with respect to high/low carb days.

On CKD plans, the feeding days are non-exercise days.

On the BFFM low carb phase III 3:1, does the exercies for the high-carb day need to change or be specific or does it matter?

Thanks!

Moses

Got all the answers I need.

For those of you wondering, it can be found here:

high day doesnt matter. TP recommends pre and post carb meals for the resistance training. Some prefer a day before the heaviest pushes, others the day of. Seems like a personal preference to me.

For Keto style cycling, refeeds seem to be the best with high gi foods. Only difference is to keep fat to a minimum. Most use a high, low,no cycle so the no day is to land on the off day.

Carb ups, on the contrary are a 1 shot evening deal. 5 stages with oatmeal, sweet potato, banana, veggie and 1 tbsp butter. Sizes vary according to bw, and are listed in the forums. Personal pref for the up day.

Other tidbit I found was that fruit is essential but only 100cal's worth for the carb high day. This is to fill the liver, but not overspill.
