Default Where to order Low Carb bars

Hi all,

Rob here. I was just wondering does anyone know of any websites where you can order the LC bars and get them delivered to Ireland? The 3 euro price tag is a bit too steep.. surely there i an option to buy over the web that is cheaper (maybe from the states?). Obviously, it would need to work out cheaper after postage+packing was taken into account!

Cheers for any info.

PS> I found Ketoslim bars in a local health food shop and they're fairly tasty (for 3 euro each, they'd want to be!!!)

Hey Rob,

whereabouts in Ireland are you? In Boots in Dublin they always seem to have special offers and Boots has started their own range of lc food, and so has slimfast and both are cheaper than the Atkins range.

If you like cooking, there is a thread somewhere with loads of protein bars to do at home. Probably a lot healthier and cheaper than the bought ones.

Are you just starting Atkins?? You might want to keep of the Atkins bars. They are low in net carbs, but they still have carbs from polyols and there are loads of discussions on this as some people completely stall when eating the bars, but I suppose it depends also on how many you are thinking of eating... They way I descripe it is that they can be an occasional treat, just like a regular chocolate bar for a person on a regular diet...
