Lightbulb New Nestle Rolo carb friendly

Hello to everybody. I am new to the forum, I have been on and off Atkins sice Christmas 04. I love the diet, my only hangup is the lack of snack foods. This is where I fall off the diet - cream crackers being my main demon. So if anyone has any ideas ??

In the mean time - I normally buy Atkins bars from Boots, but to be honest I find them a bit expensive. They carry shakes, breakfast bars, chocolate bars and have recently brought in the Atkins bread mix. I then found a local health food store selling the same range (slightly cheaper), but also a range called Keto-Slim. Best of all they also carried Nestle low Carb Rolo only 3g per pack and Low Carb Kit-Kat. I have to say the Rolo are worth every penny.

I am going to go shopping this week so I will get the name and address.

Wishing you all lots of weight lose

Hi Tinairl, welcome to the forum.I have been lcing for almost one year now and realy could not have survived without the help and support from people from all over the world who post messages.Unfortunately I have found the Irish section of the board to be VERY quite, dispite the amount of Irish people who are now lowcarbing, perhaps we just do'nt like "talking" on message boards!!!.Anyhow if you want to ask me anything just drop by my journal.Oh and by the way I would be a bit carefull about eating too much of Atkins stuff real food is much better for you and gets you into better eating habits then any of the above!!.Good luck.

I found the Low carb rolo and the kitkat in the Ilac centre (the health food shop across from argos)

The rolo was 2.59 for 57 g, 3.5 g net carbs, and 5.9 g of total carbs. Had one and it tasted quite nice I'd have to say.

The kitkat was about 1.59, but it only was two fingers and I didnt get one of them though.

The Holland and Barratt in the St. Stephen's Green Shopping centre also has it, also 2.59. You guys must really like it, when I went to the Holland and Barrat in the Ilac Centre, the whole Rolo box was empty ;-) Glad I am not the only one who thinks they are tasty!!
