Default I do

I use creatine on the weekend carb-ups, usually a Phosphagen HP type product since it is loaded with simple carbs. I normally take it after the depletion workout, and 2 servings per day though the carb-load phase.

Creatine is stored in the muscles, so I do not think that it would get lost when the ketogenic phase begins again.

If anything, I believe that the creatine will provide more fuel for more intense lifting on Monday's workout which will probably help preserve more lean mass.
