Unhappy I'm a loose...

hi everybody. I started body for life on friday and already messed up today. it's obviously not the first time I don't stick to the diet plane I'm doing otherwise I wouldn't be here. I'm really depressed and I think I'm hopeless. I wanted it but I don't seem to be able to stick to it. I went to the gym yesterday and did a great lowerbody workout, it was great, I also stuck to lo carbing and did great also today, I was fine until I went to sleep for half an hour and woke up without willpower and with a need for sweet, I'm an addict. I tryed finding a partner here to do BFL with so it will help me keep motivated but she bailed on me and stoped writing I don't know what happened to her. anyway I need some support and advise here from those great successful people out ther. am I hopeless??

Nobody's hopeless!

But, you do need to figure out what motivates you...a buddy is great, but you can never count on someone else for stuff like this. Only you can do this for you!

Also, don't let one moment of straying from the program completely destroy your day or the whole program. Why did you eat? What could have been the alternative? What will you do differently next time? Turn it into a learning experience and don't let it eat away at your self-esteem. You can do this!!! Find ways to reward yourself for sticking with it. Eventually you won't need those rewards because the good feeling is enough!

Good luck!

Lisa

I think Lisa said it all.

Don't give up. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start over tomorrow.

You can do it. You are worth it!
