Shoulders and Abs

work out happened around 1:20ish, but lasted way too long. Major interruptions, but finished, finished with PEPPERMINT PATTIES AND LICORICE

wtf? anyway, it seems o.k. and I'm doing fine. Here's the workout:

Upright Row:........................8/12
5x15lbsx12......................................5x12lbsx12
lat Raises:
5x15lbsx12......................................5x2.5lbsx12
dumbbell row w/ elbow out:
5x15lbsx12......................................5x10lbsx12
Forward crunch:
1x19................................................x30
1x16................................................x12
3x11................................................x12
4x13................................................x12
5x11................................................x12
Reverse crunch:
1x36................................................x30
1x20................................................x12
1x17................................................x12
1x15................................................x12
1x13................................................x12

Pretty good improvements, I guess. Having some DOMS in the legs, but nothin' like last week.

New Chest/bi workout and after the freakishly filling day I had yesterday, the workout was great!!! So, here is:

Decline dumbbell bench press;
5x15lbs. x12.............need to increase to 20 lbs next time

Dumbbell incline shoulder raise:
(felt kinda like a lame one, but I'm really feelin' it!)
5x20lbsx12................need to increase to 25 lbs. next time

Flyes
5x15lbsx10.................no increase needed!

Concentration curls:
3x12lbsx12
1x " x 10
1x" x 8.....................dang...bi was twitchin' after this one!

Hammers:
5x12lbx x12..................maybe increase next time, only if I start with this one.

Awsome work out... did little dances to Nora Jones in between sets. I like having exercise that work both sides at the same time, I feel more efficient.

All day I was talking myself out of workin' out tonight, but I did it anyway. So, I figure, as I sit here and eat my cracker jacks, I'll post my workout, go shower, study, and sleep so I'm not late like I was yesterday. Have I mentioned how much I hate riding bart all the time. This is the last time this week, YEA!!!!!!!so, here it is:

Dumbbell external rotation:
1x8x8
1x5x10
1x5x8
1x5x6
1x5x6 this is a tough one!

Goodmornings:

5x25x12........need to increase weights!

Dumbbell pullovers
5x15x12.................maybe increase weights.


Bench dips~ legs raised
1x12
1x8
1x6
2x9................ouch!!!


Tri extensions:

1x10x8
1x8x10
3x8x9...........ouch again!

Love this shoulder routine. Really feel it working in the right spot.

that's it for the week, didn't get any cardio in, but that's alright, maybe next week.

Chest/Bi's

Did this at 8ish last night. Wasn't going to even work out but had so much energy that I decided to do it, anyway. Yea for me, eh?

same routine as last week, felt some weakness in the concentration curls last night.

Plan on getting the back/tri in tonight when the girls go to their dad's, but we'll see...I may have other plans that involve NO kids in the house and me and Ricky!

Angry Week 6 day 3

FORCED myself to get the back/tri work out in this afternoon. Pulled the hammie in the right leg yesterday, so I don't know if I'll be doing the lbwo tomorrow or not.
Went to the dentist this morning. A fair check up, but MAJOR headach because I had to hold my mouth open for so long. It's fricken hot and windy so with trees getting cut down, my allergies are buggin'.
Yea, I'm happy, if you weren't gettin' that.

I went looking for you in the journals and could not find you anywhere!!!! :eekdon't I sound like a Mother ) Then I got ahold of myself and found you here!!!! How have you been? What is new? That candy idea sounds tempting. It also scares the "BEEP" out of me. I don't know if I could trust myself with an eat candy day or hour or min for that matter. I might stay clear of that program.
