I can thin of quite alot of protein foods. Peanut Butter, Tofu, Quorn, Seitan, Eggs,Cheese, Kefir, Plain Yogurt, Soy Products, Some Veggie Meat alternatives, Small Red Beans, Black Soy Beans, Chorella which is a sea vegetable. Green Drinks, Wheatgrass Juice, Barley Grass Juice to name a few. Just make sure you eat adquate fat. Judy
