Well I really didn't keep with low carb for most all of 2009. I was bad. But I didn't expect this. Last time I weighed myself was a couple months ago and I swear it was 224. A pretty big gain from my lowest, but not to the moon high. But today when I stepped on the scale, it said 269. Today I begin my low carb year and hopefully a healthier and happier life. Now in 2008 I got down below 200, but I will go down to 180 this time around. The only good thing about this is that I've taken pictures here at the beginning which I wish I had done when I lost the weight in 2008.

It's scary how fast the pounds can pile on while you're not looking. Good luck!

This is why you should weight yourself at least once a week. remember a watched pot never boils works both ways. Its hard to side up 20 pounds when you weight yourself regularly.

No kidding. Looking at my PLAN graph that I have kept up to date when low carbing, I see that from when I quit my physical job where I had been eating quite poorly, and went back to school I put on 50 pounds. Whaaaa. That's just one semester. I knew I was gaining but didn't know how much. I will keep my scale out always from now on. Also, in 2 days I've gone from 269 to 260. Whoa.
