Default Cyanide - Ammonia - Formaldehyde - In your vitamins!

Non food vitamins are not good for you contrary to what you've been told,
all non food vitamins are manufactured by a few large companies and packaged for various retail outlets, including Walmart, GNC, Atkins and a million others.

Find yourself some Whole Food Vitamins instead of poisoning your body !

It amazes me that people will debate on these forums for months whether or not they should eat Splenda or Aspartame or some other artificial substance but are more than willing to shove handfuls of chemical vitamins down their throats daily!

I used to work for a large wholesale firm and we could buy closeout vitamins for .15 cents a bottle!

Chemical vitamins are shockingly cheap to produce and that why they have been pushed on us by huge corporations.
Chemical vitamins are made mainly using by product chemicals from other products.

Like for example in the above chart Vitamin-K uses p-allelic nickel which is a derivitive chemical left over after the processing of film.

My nutritionist first alerted me to what was really in vitamins and I've been researching it myself and it seem to all be true.

The above article shows how the vitamin manufacturers were caught in a price fixing scheme and were fined, it's just common sense that if there were more than a handful of manufacturers worldwide they couldn't rig a price fixing situation.

Roche is the biggest vitamin manufactuer in the world their official company name is "Roche Vitamins and Fine Chemicals"
That alone should put us on alert!

I'm not trying to sound like an alarmist but as low carbers we all know the government and other companies peddling refined sugar, flour and processed foods purposely kept us in the dark regarding what to eat. i.e. the food pyramid because they make billions of dollars from it.

The chemical companies that make vitamins are doing the same thing.
