l'm from Kingston, Ontario area, was wondering if anyone out there in computer land is from my way, l''ve been doing low-carb since last July, and have lost 27pds, all together

l find it very hard to find low-carb products though, especially Atkins bake mix
Anyway, let me know where you shop for your low-carb products if you don't mind, would be very helpful to me
