Did the tae bo instructional video again (got ALMOST all the moves down. Still broke down crying on the ones I couldn't get ). I'm going to stick with the instructional video for another week or so make sure I really got the moves down good before I even think of attempting the real thing. But I'm having fun and I'm doing it so thats what matters.

Keep working it girl! Just say, 5 more minutes and go for it. Then next time, 5 more minutes, before you know it, you've done the whole video. Hang in there!

Well havent done ANY exercize in a while. So monday (i always like to start things on mondays), I am going to start walking 6 days a week (sunday = day off, hey even god needed one so I can have one too). If it is raining (and this is england so it rains a LOT) I will do my WATP video, if not I will bundle up and walk outside and enjoy the fresh air. I am going to start small probably just 10 minutes or so and work up to 30 minutes. Once there I will re-evaluate and see what to do next.

I am making a cimmitment to myself, to exercize 6 days a week. I will take sundays as a day off each week to rest. I am starting with the "slim in 6" program. It is a 6 week program with heavy arobic/toning exercizes. I am hoping to get thru the entire SECOND video before the 6 weeks is up. Then I will take a rest week, and start over again for another 6 weeks, and that 6 weeks my goal will be to get thru the whole 3rd video. Once that 6 weeks is up I will take a rest week and start on the 3rd video and add my yoga video every day (6 days a week) and see if I can't keep that up for ... well basically forever.

9/26 got thru 8 minutes video 1

today I got thru 9.5 minutes video 1

7,000 steps is not a small task. Good work! I would probably break a neck on a rebounder, I am a very clumsy person lol

I am also a bit clumsy which is why I bought a bar for my rebounder so I have something to hold onto when needed, specially when getting on or off. I was afraid they would feature me in a life-alert commercial saying "help I've fallen and I can't get up"

I have decided to change my thinking a bit. I am going to concentrate on just making sure I get my workout in and not count steps. I mean I wear a fitness tracker (it's my watch) but i'm not going to manufacture steps just to meet a goal. Waking up at 4:30 am to do cardio everyday I think is a good indication of me being healthier. I also plan to add the gym in 2.5 more weeks for 3 days a week of strength training.

Forgot to post yesterday but I did my rebounder, as well as doing it today.
