I was tempted to do an experiment last night after a day of fasting, trying to eat 100g of fat before bed - I looked at the tallow I had and then a stick of butter (112g) That was too much to think about so I didn't eat.

Blood glucose lowest this morning since I started measuring with Keto Mojo meter 75mg/dl - now I wish I had since I'm planning on unrestricted eating this weekend (by unrestricted I mean no limits but keep carbs to ~20g net or less, to me that would be high carb ha!)

Maybe next week on a fasting day I'll plan on it (Friday evening - and maybe not 100g fat - i'll do some research to see if anyone else is experimenting to try to push glucose up in morning by eating fat late in day)

So Fun!
