Default 60 second chocolate mousse

If this takes a whole 60 seconds to make, I'll eat my (low carb) hat

About 50 g of plain Greek yoghurt (I'm using the Chobani brand, seems to be the lowest carb I can find in the supermarket)
About a teaspoon or so (a bit more or less, to taste) of cocoa powder - the lowest carb brand you can find
Some artificial sweetener (I'm in Australia so I use about half a sachet of Equal)

Mix it all up in a cup/mug

Done.

(Apologies if something like this has been posted, I quickly checked the search function but 'mousse' is too common to be searched for.)

I do the same thing in a cup with whipping cream, cocoa and sweetener. It's like icing. Deeply satisfying when I really need something sweet!

Great minds think alike. I've also added cocoa powder to plain greek yogurt with a sachet of Stevia. It was a bit too delicious and I had to stop it. But it's much healthier than icecream. I wonder if it freezes.

I'm liking all these ideas ... especially the frozen version ...
