Default Easy to Chew/Soft LC foods?

So I'm getting a crown started on Wednesday and will have the flimsy temporary one in for probably a week. I'm mostly carnivore at this point and eat a lot of meat, which is a lot of chewing, which would cause the temporary crown to pop off pretty quickly I think? So, trying to think of easy to chew, low carb foods that I can have on hand for a few days. So far I have cottage cheese This is like my 7th crown but first one since going LC. In the past I'd just stick to soups, bread etc but that won't work now.

Would love ideas, doesn't have to be carnivore just lower carb

Soups would still work; there are plenty of LC soups. Ground meat in some form? Hamburger, meatballs, or just fried to crumbles with seasonings. Tuna or other canned fish salad. Scrambled eggs or egg salad. Soft cheese. Avocados. Smoothies of some sort. And concentrate on chewing, if needed, with the non affected side of your mouth.

I've had lots of crowns put in, all while I was low carb. Ground beef and canned salmon gave me no trouble. I really didn't change my diet. These were my go to foods any way, before, during, and after crowns.

Can u just chew on one side??

Have you considered a baby food grinder....sort of like making your own hamburger.

cheese like mozzarella, monterery jack, these are soft cheeses
hamburger
liver
tuna salad
eggs as eggs salad, cheese omlet, fried eggs
sardines
well cooked stew meats that fall apart

good luck with the crown

i changed to brushing with baking soda which is more gentle than commo toothpastes and gums are the better for it.
