Yay Kate! 3 pounds on day one!
And yay me! One pound down.
I looked at the PPLP book last night to remember the differences between it and Atkins -- they think I should eat seven eggs for breakfast, a half pound of meat for both lunch and dinner
minimum at my size! Uh, I don't think that would be effective. I'll stick with Atkins. I also want to quit snacking and just eat three meals. I'm given to mindless munching, and even though it's LC, it's slowing things down a lot. So it ends today. That's my current strategy.
I've toyed with joining the IF trend, but I don't want to be distracted all morning with thinking about when I get to eat next.
