Default New SBD/Atkins/Veggie-Friendly NYC restaurant!

I actually work for a new cafe called Starwich opening soon on the west side. You can make your own salads and sandwiches, and we offer a plethora of ingrediants that allow for delicious, and as importantly, innovative meals that fit perfectly in the low-carb/vegetarian regime (I've made sure of it!)

We offer low-carb bread, though you can also choose to have any of the sandwiches without bread. Please check out the website and let me know what you think of the ingrediants... I'd love feedback.

The decor is chic, and offers comfy sofas to sit on, online ordering, free wireless, cell chargers, international newspapers, and other fun stuff! I hope to soon add tofu/seitan to the menu as well. Please send any suggestions my way, and join us for our upcoming grand opening!

The customizable sandwiches are $9... the difference between our establishment and a corner deli is that we host a more upscale ambiance, appropriate for more than just a casual lunch. Also, the ingredients are from fine purveyors, rather than buying bulk amounts from warehouses.

I'm with you when I see some prices out there, but to be honest, I'd rather go out half as often and eat exactly what I want with high-quality components than eat mysterious or less healthy food that I can get for a lower price.

Thanks for your feedback!

I was planning a visit to NYC at some point. Nice to see that I will have both vegtarian and low carb choices at the same place.
