Default Cheats...

Hey everyone.
I've been L'cing for a while and during that time I haven' eaten anything that's really high in carbs but the prob is that I eat too many of the 'legal' foods. Like nuts, I find it impossible to not snack on them if they're there and instead of having like 1 oz I end up having half the pack! I've just stopped having them at all !!!
My main prob is snacking when I'm at home. I'm fine when I go out, I can resist any bad foods and eat low carb but when I'm at home I get bored and find myself pigging out on stuff lik nuts and cheese!
Does anyone have any advice for these situations??
I'd love to hear from anyone! Thanks!!

Hey Adreana...

The best way I've found to keep from over-snacking on nuts and berries and seeds and the like is to "pre-package" them. Get little ziploc baggies or something similar and measure out about one- or two-servings. Then, just limit yourself to that. In fact, you'll notice that if you stick pretty closely to induction, your cravings for snacks should be relatively low and a little nibble on some nuts or something will be perfect.

And always, it helps to write to the forum... there's always someone out there in your same shoes...
