Surprised I was not 3 lbs. higher! Had a good day yesterday with Atkins induction eating, hope to get back into ketosis Tues. night/Wed. morning and STAY THERE for a bit!
Entropy39 - An egg fast is a great way to jump start, go for it! Zero carb is not so bad---seasoned meat, burgers, chicken, fish ... just be sure to take some psyllium or something 'cause it's also pretty much zero fiber, IYKWIM <wink!>. There are some folks who take it to the next level--look up Stillman's diet.
