Cool i stink at subject lines....

[FONT=Comic Sans MS] Hiya everyone!

I promise to get to reading all your posts (well, the recent ones anyway) at some point. I never saw this site before. I was web searching for info on whether or not those carbwise bars would be ok for induction and and found all of you!

I've been on Atkins for a year and a day and have lost 92lbs. I've been stuck on the same weight and size for about 2 months now so I splurged last night (and then fell into a carb coma) so I'm back on induction to jump start myself.

I swear by this diet.... I'll admit I never really tried to lose weight before it and kind ofonly started it to give a friend support. (she, unfortunately, did not stick to it but since I loved the results i've stayed on it)

Blessed Be!

Welcome aboard! Congrats on that 92 lbs lost so far - what an accomplishment.

To answer that question about the carbolite bars, I'd vote "no", especially if you've been stalled.

Definately eliminate the bars and whatever other frankenfoods you may have been eating. This should help.

92 pounds! Wow! Congrats to you and welcome.
