Wow, so it's been a while since I've exercised. Since then I've gained five freaken pounds over a few binges.

I'm starting induction yet again.

Today I did 10 mins HIIT. Well, five of them were HIIT :lol
then I did 10 mins of Pilates work.

Yay!!

Now I feel dizzy, but it's ok

Thanks for stopping by my gym log, words of encouragement are always welcome. Check out the couch to 5k program at coolrunning.com or runnersworld.com has a similar program I hear. It is walk/run cycling that gradully increases the running portion. If I can do it as a 43 year old smoker I know you can!!

I have been two days without a cigarette, although I'm using the patch, so I guess I'm still medicated - it has'nt been that bad yet. We'll have to see what the weekend brings !

Keep up the good work. I think as long as you can get in at least a couple days a week of exercise it beats sitting on our a**es all week long!

Ok, so....umm I'm dizzy

November 18: 1mile...time: 15:05
November 20: 1mile....time: 14: 50

I'm hoping I can get alot better at this. For now I'll set my mile mini goal to 12 minutes!!!

Even though my time is pathetic compared to others, I'm still soo proud of myself

Ok, I'm off to do some pilates ab work!
