Default Different *easy* Cheese Bread Receipe

Found this receipe at Lowcarbfriends.com it was posted by Kristy..... it turns out like a baking powder biscuit..

1 cup Soy flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup of shredded cheese
1 slightly beaten egg
1/4 cup of cream

Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in cheese. Combine egg with cream to dry ingredients. Mix very well.

Roll to 8x8 square and cut into 1' cubes. Place on grease baking sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt. Bake at 350 fo 10 mins

Bottoms will be crunchy, tops lightly golden

These are surprisingly good. I cut them in halve and buttered them YUMMY

Might also try as pizza crust

Soy taste is minimal.....
