Bounced yesterday, then enjoyed more chia with yogurt and kefir last night than I should, but felt weirdly light this morning......WTH???? back to 225. Praying for a little drop by AUgust 1st for the monthly weigh-in on another challenge.

Joining. My weight is from last Thursday when weighed in a weight loss group I attend (The Happy Losers!). My own scale doesn't always match so no use weighing daily, AND I'm trying to discipline myself from that anyway because sometimes it has a deleterious effect.

You can use what ever scale, and what ever schedule works for you.

The first goal for you is 230. Then by 5 pounds, 225, 220,etc

When the scales dont move, dont quit!!!! We all know this. Here is a funny explanation of why the scale stalls. I do wish the cell actually disintegrated but, alas, we know they dont. We can at least enjoy the "whooooosh" .

My weight dropped 7lbs in 2 days! I think it was bloat from eating grains and very busy. Strange that I ate out on Sunday and had a rice bowl from Rubios, thought my weight would be up.
