Pure Foods Low Carb Co-Chairman Lost His 100th Pound Today Living a Low Carb Lifestyle

At age 34, Stephen Bikoff weighed 336 lbs. He ate compulsively and began to see his waist size increase to a 52. He would eat one pint of Ben & Jerry's ice cream in one sitting and order a pizza twice daily. He was spending most of his income on food. He awoke one day with his self esteem at an all time low and decided he was going to lose the weight. He embarked on the Atkins diet. Twelve months later, Bikoff is a size 38 waist. He lost his 100th pound today. He is Co-Founder of Pure Foods, LLC, a Beverly Hills privately held food resource conglomerate specializing in low-carb, low fat, sugar free, gluten free, gourmet and organic products. Pure Foods, LLC currently owns and operates two specialty stores in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica, California, low carb and natural/organic vending machines, low carb food distributors, low carb frozen entrees and healthy catering. His line of gourmet low carb frozen entrees will be rolled out in over 2,000 stores in June of this year.

Pure Foods also distributes over 400 low carb and natural products to vending operators across the United States. Bikoff estimates revenues from his vending division will reach $4 million this year.
