Well, it's some time since I ventured down to David Lloyds, but I'm back again. I'm hoping that exercising will not only help me shift the XS pounds, but also help my mood.

Routine tonight.

10 mins warm up on the treadmill, level 7, speed 6.0.

10 mins on eliptical trainer, level 5.

3 reps of 12 on abs machine at 22 kg.
3 reps of 12 on back extn at 30 kg.

1 rep of 12 on pec deck at 11kg
1 rep of 12 on pec deck at 10 kg
1 rep of 12 on pec deck at 9kg.

3 reps of 12 on seated row at 17 kg.
2 reps of 12 on chest press at 17 kg.

3 reps of 10 on adductor at level 9.
3 reps of 10 on abductor at level 9.

3 reps of 10 on leg press at level 5.

3 reps of 12 on leg curl at 16 kg.

Total of 561 cals and 35% FAT.

Hopefully it will get easier next time.

Down to David Lloyds after I met Derek from work. I hadn't had much to eat and was feeling a bit lethargic but went in the gym anyway. My shoulders and chest were still a bit sore from Tuesday, but not too bad. Routine as follows:-

10 mins warm up on treadmill, level 7, speed 6.

3 reps of 12 at 30 kg on back extn.
3 reps of 12 at 22 kg on abs machine.

3 reps of 12 at 10 kg on pec deck.

6 mins on eliptical trainer, level 5.

3 reps of 12 on adductor level 9
3 reps of 12 on abductor level 9.

6 mins on eliptical trainer, level 5.

3 reps of 12 at 16 kg on leg curl.
2 reps of 12 at 10 kg on leg extn.

3 sets of 10 on abs curler doing front, right obliques and left obliques. Then I did front again doing little pulses.

10 mins warm down on treadmill.

Total of 513 cals, 40% FAT.

Next time I'm hoping to do the full range of weights again (the gym was busy tonight and I couldn't get on everything) and hopefully feel a bit more energetic on the eliptical trainer.

I have been reading through my entries for March, when I started going to the gym regularly and I see that I increased things gradually and upped times on cardio machines when I felt ready. I can't expect to start back where I left off in May - unfortunately.
