Default I think I need to go back to induction

I have gone off plan now for about a month. I still eat very low carb threw out the day like Breakfast and lunch but at night I just fall apart. I am now even eating mini pizzas and drinking beer

I have not seen an increase in the scale I am still at 225 but I think I need to do a very strict induction just to get rid of the sugars and all the bad things in my body.

The big thing that I am worried about is if I keep going back to induction will my body get used to low carbs and my weight loss or weight maintenance not works?

It would be a good idea to cut out the things you "shouldn't" be eating (like pizza) and also cut out anything that caused to you crave stuff like pizza.

But, especially since you haven't gained weight back yet, I don't think you want to go down to 20 grams of carbs a day. You are right to be concerned about a yo yo diet effect.

How about just focusing more on whole foods, and include some foods that are higher up the "carb ladder" (like more vegetables, LC yogurt, LC bread, and some fruit)?

How about bourbon or white wine, rather than beer?

If you are bored with eating the same stuff all the time, check out Linda's Low Carb recipes on line. There are many easy and delicious recipes there.

You've worked too hard to put it all at risk for some lousy frozen pizza! Good luck!

P.S. I LOVE lousy frozen pizza...

I agree. Give up the junk and don't worry about going back to Induction, per se. Since you haven't gained weight, you can at least be thankful that you can apparently handle lots of carbs. Good for you! But save them for special occasions...not just everyday sort of food. And drink some bourbon -- I'm from the South and I'll tell you it's healthfood!

You shouldn't go back to induction after you've reached goal unless you have a big problem with cravings. Just cut out the bad stuff, drink your water and move on. Good luck and congrats on the loss!!

Hmmm....Bourbon? I don't know very much about hard drinks, but it sounds very sugary. Is it? You know, like Southern Comfort....now that is addictive and loaded with sugar! For some reasom, I thought all hard drinks are like that.
