I doubt that the berberine is constipating me. I didn't take any yesterday and nothing is different in the colon department but the upset stomach did stop. Back on it today.

Those gods must really be laughing at me as I've got an unopened bottle of it that I was going to be using in the future, now I'm not so sure it is worth the bother...

Eddie, are you going to continue or discontinue with it at this time????

Question Banaba reevaluation

"Eddie, are you going to continue or discontinue with it at this time????"
I'll continue for 2 more weeks then reevaluate.Quite a few studies claim this
stuff works.

Still no effect for me from the banaba. Although my appetite does seem quite reduced lately.

Ok, here's what I think is happening. The banaba isn't helping my FBG but it does help when I do eat carbs.

So there's definitely a place for this, IMHO, if you're eating carbs. I don't know how long you have to take it to get this effect. I've been taking 6 pills a day (3 2x).

So what are your numbers when you take it? I was taking a supplement called Optima 100 and it did the same thing with helping keep my numbers in the nineties and low 100's after I ate carbs but did nothing for my fasting glucose.
