was my dream, yes, and I'm trying to find a commercial kitchen to work from, but it doesn't seem to be a concept that has caught on in the UK
Oh well. I'm still proud of what I achieved and I might start up again if we move house in the next few years.
I maintained this week which I'm really pleased about, especially after such a huge loss last week. Instead of going off plan when I was very miserable, I wound up making a huge curry with loads of veggies, chickpeas and 4oz of beef made into little spicy meatballs. All totally legit, eye-wateringly spicy and delicious. A good curry cheers me up almost as much as cake, and is better for me too!
I've also played lots of football and some netball too with my little monster and his friends. And I've just come in from the garden where I was weeding and I've also picked my first cherry tomatoes so I'm quite cheerful now. And this is a total epic, so I shall stop here :P
