Yippee!
I finally broke 160 lbs today. Only 10 to go to my goal. I had stalled out at 162 so I researched a bit about Dukan and have been trying out his attack phase for a few days and it seems to have kick started things again. My husband has been enjoying a lighter way of eating, too. And, almost best of all, thanks to reading on this forum I began taking magnesium for sleep trouble and my migraines have nearly disappeared. I no longer have to take my daily prescription. Yay!!!
