Default Best lc bread in Vancouver

Hi, I am new to the forum, but have been lcing for awhile, so bear with me
if I make any mistakes.
Had to let everyone know where to find the best bread ever.
La Baguette & L'Echalote, Granville Market Vancouver has nut bread,
cheese bread, cheese sticks, white buns, croutons and bread crumbs.
The bread has only 5 gr net carbs per 28 grams slice, cals 70.
You wouldn't know that this bread is lc, it's texture is just like their
regular yummy bread.
One loaf has lasted the two of us 2 weeks.
The only problem with this bakery is all the other wonderful things they bake,
that you have to walk past.

Also the price was quite reasonable for lc bread, $5.99.

The bread has been our occasional treat.

Colleen

I'll be getting down to Granville Island before Christmas to get yummy
treats such as smoked salmon, prawns and what ever else looks good.
Will be picking up some of the bread for my stuffing - you can't cook a
turkey without my sausage stuffing. Just have to avoid all the non lc treats.
Maybe one- the red snapper soup at the Stock Pot. I love the market.

How exciting! I'm sure I'll head down there at some point before Christmas...

Maybe this should go in a different thread, but I've been eating "Carb Wise" bread from Choices Market. It has a very good texture as well and is 5g per slice (I'm not sure of the calories off the top of my head). I'm not 100% sure, but I think it was either $4.99 or $5.99 for a pre-sliced loaf.

I've been eating the Choices bread as well. It's good, and you can't go wrong at $3.49 a loaf.

I also bought the bread mix they sell it's 2 pounds of mix plus fresh yeast you can make 4 loaves of bread for only 5.29 I used it to make buns and pizza shells. They also sell buns, cheese sticks and bread crumbs in a tub the prices are in the link in this post.
