A stall is to have not lost ANY inches or weight in over 4 weeks. You have no journal, so I have to ask is this you?

Default A Stall?

I have not lost any weight in 4 weeks. I did not measure, but clothes are not getting baggy yet! I saw reference to 'Fat Fast' wondering what it is.

Sorry I have read so many people use this in the wrong way and wanted to kind of make sure you weren't abusing your body.

I'm sorry you are having a hard time with this WOL.

FYI - before doing a fat fast you may want to look at other known stalls first.

Have you cheated?
Are you eating enough daily?
For some these foods/drinks stall weightloss: cheese, nuts, seeds, alcohol, lc bars - candies, diet sodas, artificial sweetners

Thumbs down Dr. Atkins Fat Fast to break a stall???

Lisa, I agree after reading about the Fat Fast, it is pretty drastic, but I did need to learn about it. I printed off 'The Plateau Buster's Checklist' and plan to re-evaluate my diet and try try again. A little hard this time of the year, but am not quiting. I have to much to loose. A little play on words!
heyjude
