Yes, obvious vegan!
The only thing to be concerned about is IGF1 in dairy products. Some countries give growth hormones to the cows, which increases IGF1. Also some people are just extra sensitive to IGF-1 (me for instance and many with PCOS) and dairy products cause high insulin spikes. But this isn't the same for everyone, look at your own reaction to dairy, if you can lose weight while eating or drinking a bit of dairy, then you have little to worry about - just pick a source without added hormones.
