Default Great Cholesterol Numbers!

I've been doing Atkins since June of 2003 and recently went for my years physical. I'm a pretty regular blood donor so knew that my overall cholesterol number was good but the doctor wanted the total break down. Well....they were all great!

Total was 148
HDL (good cholesterol) 71 (should be greater than 35)
LDL (bad cholesterol) 56 (should be less than 130!)
Triglycerides 107 (should be less than 130)

Guess I'm living proof that Atkins works and does not "glog your arteries with fat"

I know how you feel because I am stuck too. But on the brighter side it is better to be stuck at 134 instead of 204.
