I was down another 1.2 pounds yesterday, and as of yesterday finished up my six weeks maintenance program on Weight Watchers, so now I am an official Weight Watchers Member. I am just 8/10th of a pound from losing the 100 pounds I set out to lose. I will get there.

Judy, I wanted to say HEY! I am back after a long time falling off the wagon. It is time to pull myself up by the boot straps and get back on track.

I have been eating low carb for two weeks now. I have not gotten on the scales yet. I don't want to know how much weight I have gained. That would just add to the depression.
It has been 16 months since Michael's death.

The kids are doing fairly well. Lacy is a cheerleader and Billy is thinking about trying out for football. Last week they talked me into getting them a puppy. Life will never be the same.

Me, I learned the hard way that I am a carb addict and never should have let Michael talk me in to ice cream that day that was so stressful. I can't use food to deal with the crises in life.
I can't complain. I have been blessed. I am dating a wonderful man, and have been for about five months now. He is very health conscious, goes to the gym every day and tries to eat healthy. He accepts me the way I am which makes it safe for me to take off these few pounds for ME, not for his approval.
That was what made it possible the last time, having my husband's support and his unconditional acceptance, whether I was fat or thin.

I still have my flat belly, still have my young face, just have to deal with those thunder thighs and thick middle that came back with the weight gain.

I am so proud of you for staying true to your eating plan. I wanted to say hello, and let you know that I am back!
