Location: southern calif.
hello all ,
i am one of those cardio ( bicycle ) loving freaks ...
but i like the feeling of ketosis and its benifits ...
but i also love carbs ...
so the ??? is ...
if i go tkd and
let say daily consume 200 g. cho ( spread thru out the day)
and go biking lets say use 1000 cal. of energy a day ( spread
thru out the day )
will i still be in ketosis ....????
