Hellers' website not rich in information
Hi Everyone,
Before I unwittingly ruffle feathers here as a new person, let me preface this by stating that I adore the Hellers and think their plan is hands down the best low-carb plan (and I have been on all the other major ones) that makes sense and apparently works for life. Being physicians, researchers, and scientists, they know exactly what they are talking about.
Am I missing something about their website? http://www.carbohydrateaddicts.com/ is their official website, correct?
I was very excited to find it and then, I admit, I was quite disappointed. As they are scientists and researchers, I was looking forward to find latest updates and information, and I found nothing. The FAQ section is miserly. Or did I miss a link or something that would take me to the information-rich part of the website?
As the Hellers' plan is developing and new things are being discovered over time (as I have seen in the CAD, CALP, and CAHHP books), I was hoping that I would get to learn them from the Drs. Heller on their website.
I thought I would ask my fellow CAD/CALP/CAHHP message board members if there are other sites they are using for CAD/CALP/CAHHP info. I have found some, but they are mostly Atkins or incompatible with the principles of Drs. Heller.
Thank you all!
