Hey, Toots Bloat, what bloat? I'm so happy it's gone! I don't know how I'll get over that mental obstacle when it comes time to try a real bulk!

Pic was indeed taken on vacation - but I think I've changed it since your post The joy of digital life! Get that scanner / piece fixed!

Hello, Ladies

L, I'm thinking a new avatar every 48 hours just to confuse everyone

Michelle, hey there! Yes, I had 'the best' holiday ever. We are already talking about returning next year. I've done 'five star' before, this place must have been a six, they just didn't realize it There are more pics in my Journal if you'd like to drool more!

===============

No a.m. cardio - after struggling with a duvet and a duvet cover at 10:15 pm last night my arms just gave up and the extra hour sleep became inescapable. I succumed.

SO I did a 20 MAS this evening and 10 minutes of intense ab work. I am forecasting DOMS of the middle trunk region tomorrow, with possible flurries.

Will attempt AM cardio yet again, just because. Tomorrow PM is legs, however. Thursday is free day, AKA "hobbling day"

Stay tuned.
Nat

Hello,

I've been doing some reading on testesterone.net

Have you heard of the EDT training program by Charles Staley?

http://www.t-mag.com/articles/196dens2.html
They also have some modified versions of it.

It sounds like it is extremely succsessfull on t-mag.

Girls and boys who want to add up some lean mean muscle bulk and still loose some fat, give it a shot.

Thanks,

Loony

Hey there Loony! I was just thinking about you the other day, wondered where you'd gone off to. Had not read the article - still have not but I will book it for later perusal!

Good to see you back

mmmmm which abbreviations in particular, Toots? There's a list under the FAQ here on the site.... but I suspect you're referring to other ones...

20 MAS? (20 Minute Aerobic Solution)
SC? Static Contration
DOMS? Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (AKA ouchies)

Any help?

It's been a long time, I know.
I've been lurking every now and then.
Been very busy lately, but physically better than ever.

Thanks to you, I got hooked on this t-mag site.
I don't know how you come up with all these great sites
But these guys know what they are talking about. I think T-Mag is the best bodybuilding site out there.

By the way, I spent New Year's up in Canada! I went to Montreal and then to Ottawa. I gotta tell you, you guys have a beautifull country, and I am looking forward to going up there this summer too.

Good to be back here!

Thanks,

Loony

Good to have you back!

Ottawa can be very beautiful, but honestly, it's a much nicer place to visit in the late Spring/ early Summer or Fall than it is in winter. It's -30 something today (that may be celcius but there's not much difference when you get that cold between C and F).

Spring is when the city is a wash of tulips; Early summer is just before it gets unbearably humid and hot. New Years does look great, though, with all the lights! You should see it on Canada Day, with hundreds of thousands of people up on the Hill. (I kinda take it for granted I think, working in the shadows of the parliament buildings).

Must revist t-mag, I haven't been there much over the past few months. Thanks for reminding me 'bout it.

Cheers, Toots

Nat

p.s. Lookin' good, Superman!
